This week is the most important event in the French wine industry calendar. Hundreds of exporters and importers meet in Bordeaux to examine the latest wines and industry trends.
The French wine industry is considered conservative but even in the traditional Bordeaux vineyards a technological revolution is underway that could transform the landscape.
